Happy 22nd Birthday Jake!

Don't you worry...Jake and I are still alive and doing wonderful! We finished finals almost 2 weeks ago and that is pretty much where we have been spending out time. Luckily we survived finals and are now enjoying summer and working!
On April 23, we celebrated Jake's 22nd Birthday!! We had such a fun night and were able to have all of my family there and some of Jakes family! I spent the whole night before making a "surprise" cake for Jake while he was at his night class and I didn't let him see it till his birthday...it was so fun to make! The thing that makes me laugh the most is while I was making the cake at my parents house my Mom and I watched an episode of Ace of Cakes! We love that show, if any of you haven't seen it it is a must see show on TLC where they make the most amazing cakes ever! Trust me though, my cake is nothing near theirs! haha

Jake is so amazing! He is the most wonderful husband a girl could ever ask for! We have so much fun together and we LOVE being married! I love him so much and I am so grateful for all he does for me! He is the sweetest, kindest, most handsome man ever! We had such a wonderful night, thanks to the Mom's who helped with the yummy salads and thanks for everyone who came! We celebrated at Jake's parents house, because we were just a little worried about fitting everyone into our one bedroom apartment! It worked out perfect! My brothers and sisters made the journey from Provo just for the night and Jake and I were so happy they came! It was a great night! Here are some pictures from the evening...
